Issue with the Splash Screen Image in NW Portal 7.5
Hi Everyone,
I’m working on Enterprise Portal Version 7.5.
While working on the custom splash image, I encountered an issue with the appearance of Splash Image during Portal logon with AJAX Framework Page configured in the display rules.
In my case, the Splash image was appearing thrice vertically downwards.
While searching for the solution, I came across the following SAP KBA :
2035826 – Configuring the Splash Screen in the AJAX Framework Page of the Enterprise Portal
However, the screenshots given in the above SAP KBA are not applicable for Portal 7.5
This is the reason that motivated me to write this blog, so that other portal administrators should find it nice and easy to adjust the Splash image.
To configure the Splash Image, please navigate to the below Portal location:
Content Administration –> Portal Display–> Portal Themes –> UI Theme Designer
I am attaching the screenshots below for the properties that need to be modified for adjusting the Splash image that appears during the Portal Logon with AJAX Framework Page in place.

Hi Anurag,
We are also installed the New Portal wiht SAP Netweaver 7.5 SP03.
But the AFP is not working in the browser as expected, we have raised a OSS to SAP and they suggested to implement SAP Note 2372722 - Portal is not loaded on Chrome 54,55,56,57.
We have Upgrade EP-RUNTIME Component with Patch 11 for SAP Netweaver 7.5 SP03 as per SAP suggestion.
But still AFP is not working it is not showing the Role, iView and masthead area is also not as per expected.
I have attached the Screen shot, please let me know if you have any idea for this.

Did you check the PAM at the Service Marketplace for the web browser support?
