SAP S/4HANA Key and End User Enablement

Our Customers are challenged to understand and adopt SAP innovations as development cycles have shortened significantly since our cloud solutions have a quarterly release roadmap.

To support our customers and the ecosystem to turn innovations to adoption, we are developing an integrated and blended enablement portfolio program for key and end user audiences.

The portfolio emphasis enablement offerings that are embedded in the SAP S/4HANA product and available in the SAP Learning Hub. It is structured through a variety of learning assets designed and produced to offer the best learning experience for the key and the end user.

The challenge with enabling users on SAP S/4HANA (cloud and on premise) is that users will need to become productive and familiar with the product very quickly (in hours for the cloud). Otherwise the user adoption will be more complex to achieve in customer organizations.

The SAP S/4HANA learning is part of the user experience. Learn in the app and through the app while performing the tasks, this is the ultimate goal for the user adoption in every organization.

To help and support customer organization achieving this goal we designed the enablement portfolio to offer 4 different types of tutorials.

All of tutorial types are easy to consume, user-friendly and with up to date content:

  • Task Tutorials for business process step tasks
  • Guided Tours for the SAP S/4HANA trial system
  • Getting Started Tutorials to start working with the system
  • Implementation and Configuration Tutorials for advanced configuration tasks

This document provides an overview on all tutorials for SAP S/4HANA.

Task Tutorials

The task tutorial explains, with a click-through simulation, how to do and how to perform a business process step. A task tutorial package is a set of task tutorials that belong to one business process & scope item.

All task tutorials are available within the My Learning App in SAP S/4HANA system and in the SAP Learning Hub as well.

In the following table, you find all the task tutorial packages available as of March, 17th 2017.
