We are improving our Contact Center help pages, as you might have noticed the URL help.sap.com/contact-center70/ is now redirecting you to our new help portal. In the new help pages we are using task a oriented approach, other improvements include a better search engine and also separate areas for On-Premise and Cloud releases.

Tips for help.sap.com usage:
- On the new platform some content is only available once the user is logged in. (Click the lock icon on top right corner to log in).
- Also content between On-premise and cloud versions are different. Use the dropdown to select the version.
- And as said the search is working better than in previous version. Make sure that you are on CCtr page and type in to the search bar. For example search for recording.
