We are delighted to announce the next stage in the continued success story that is the Partner Benefits Catalog, based on the global migration of the Catalog to the SAP Hybris Platform. As you are aware, the Partner Benefits Catalog has been a resounding success since its launch in July 2016 and will continue to impact Partner Business in 2017 and beyond. In Q1 we have worked with the LA&C region to pilot the Catalog on the Hybris platform and this has proved very successful.
As of March 13th, our Partner community in all regions will enjoy a personalized partner experience with many key enhancements leveraging SAP Hybris.
- Partner Experience: The Catalog now offers a seamless user experience with intuitive tiles, search options and a similar look and feel to the SAP Store. PSD can embed videos and media content in each service description in the Catalog to clearly define the value of the service to the partner allowing them to make an informed decision.
- Credit Card functionality: Partners who do not have MDF and wish to access premium value added services can pay for same using a credit card. This will be especially relevant to Open Ecosystem and ISV partners. PSD is now working with several SAP teams to offer relevant services to these partners.
- Invoicing: Allowing partners to avail of premium value added services utilising standard SAP invoicing and payment processes (subject to standard requirements). This also allows SAP to offer a range of SAP-Delivered services to partners for 100% MDF reimbursement for the first time e.g. White Glove Marketing services, Digital Marketing Concierge services etc.
