Chat with CIC

SAP is now offering you Chat as a new contact channel for non-technical assistance.

If you are a user of the SAP ONE Support Launchpad or the SAP Support Portal you can now also chat with the Customer Interaction Center to:

  • Enquire about existing incidents
  • Ask questions about SAP One Support Launchpad and its applications
  • Get help for S-User queries
  • Request SAP Remote Services

This service is available 24×5 Monday to Friday in English.

Please note: To submit technical queries or report product errors please use our Expert Chat or open an incident.

There are two entry points to the CIC Chat:

1. SAP ONE Support Launchpad

Log on the SAP ONE Support Launchpad, click on Contact Us and select Chat

This will open up an online form:

The following fields will be prefilled from your S-User data:
Company, Relationship to SAP, Salutation, First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone, City, Country

After you have maintained the remaining fields (Description, Subject, I am writing about.., Preferred Communication Method) click on Launch Chat to get connected to a CIC engineer.

2. SAP Support Portal

On the SAP Support Portal, click on the Contact us Fly out and under Non-Technical Assistance select Chat.

Fill out all the required fields in the online form, including the Captcha.
Please note that S-User details cannot be transferred to the form on the SAP Support Portal.

Click on Launch Chat to get connected to a CIC engineer.

After your chat conversation with CIC you will receive a confirmation mail including an ID, which allows you to refer back to in case of additional queries at a later stage.

You will also have the opportunity to provide us with feedback on your interaction with CIC as a short survey is available for you to fill out after each chat.
