The SAP Enterprise Support Advisory Council (ESAC) is focused on the development and improvement of SAP’s support offerings for making them 100% aligned with the needs of our customers. It is an open program for all SAP Enterprise Support and SAP Preferred Care customers. By joining the program, customers become early adopters of the latest support innovations and profit from a bigger investment from SAP’s side (e.g. experts access, workshops).
