SAP has been officially certified by the Top Employers Institute for its exceptional employee offerings in 15 countries and 3 regions.

SAP has been awarded the exclusive 2017 Top Employer certification in Belgium, Canada, China, France, Israel, Italy, Mexico, Netherlands, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Spain, Turkey, United Kingdom, and the United States. Furthermore, the company has also been certified as a regional Top Employer in Europe, The Middle East, and North America.

The annual, international research undertaken by the Top Employers Institute recognizes leading employers around the world: those that provide excellent employee conditions, nurture and develop talent throughout all levels of the organization, and which strive to continuously optimize employment practices. SAP is one of the select organizations to achieve the Top Employers 2017 Certification, and is honored to be officially recognized as a leading employer.
“We are extremely proud to be awarded across so many countries and regions”, says Stefan Ries, member of the SAP Executive Board and Chief Human ResourcesOfficer. “Attracting, developing and retaining talent are a priority for us. To achieve high employee satisfaction we foster a culture of innovation, continuous dialogue and customer-orientation. It’s great to see that these efforts are recognized on both sides: Internally through high employee engagement as the latest people survey results showed, and externally through receiving such a significant award. Experiences matter – for candidates, employees, and our customers.”

The Top Employers Institute assessed SAP’s employee offerings on the criteria of talent strategy, workforce planning, on-boarding, learning and development, performance management, learning and development, performance management, leadership development, career and succession management, compensation and benefits, and company culture.

Crucial to the Top Employers Certification is the completion of a stringent research process, and meeting the required standard in order to achieve certification. To further reinforce the validity of the process, all answers were independently audited, meaning this research has verified SAP’s outstanding employee conditions and earned them a coveted spot among a choice group of certified Top Employers.
