How to generate a Process Document in SAP Solution Manager 7.2
In Solution Manager 7.1, we have a feature where we can generate a process document in Solar01 or Solar02 transaction. Here let us see how we can generate a process document in Solution Manager 7.2
Step 1: Enter transaction sm_workcenter or open launchpad. Click on Solution Documentation
Step 2: Click on the menu as shown to select Process document option
Step 3 : Now we can select the various element to be put in the Process document as per our requirement
Step 4: Below pop up just shows the images as I have some in the solution documentation already created and want to export them as selected in above step.
Step 5: Done, A document will generated and saved to your local desktop/laptop. Below is the sample one generated for me as per selection and also including my process diagram and their relevant information.
Solution Manager 7.2 has magnificent changes in the new Solution Documentation scenario but with great ease of flexibility where we can generate these process documents etc. so easily as per our requirement.
