SAP Hybris Commerce 6.3 – Streamline the Selling Process

SAP Hybris Commerce version 6.3 introduces features and enhancements that will help you deliver great experiences, whether it’s through negotiable quotes, easy returns or customer support.
Here is what’s new:
Now available for both B2B and B2C, the Commerce Quotes feature lets a buyer or a seller draft and submit a quote as an alternative to a standard checkout. The existing buyer quote creation process has been improved with a more flexible negotiation and approval workflow, and we now offer seller quote generation as well, allowing better engagement and management of the lead.
Several enhancements have been made to our Order Management solution: Customers can now request partial or complete order returns directly from their ‘My Account’ section, for easier returns. And companies can now use external warehouse availability when calculating Availability to Promise (ATP), and can dynamically rank warehouses to optimize sourcing strategies. These enhancements improve the customer experience and optimize fulfillment processes to save costs and sell more products.
Improve customer satisfaction through highly personalized customer service and support. Our latest release adds native integration of the Assisted Service Module (ASM)’s 360° Customer View with SAP Hybris Profile and SAP Hybris Merchandising. This gives customer service agents access to detailed customer information in a single, clear user interface, enabling them to target their customers with personalized offers, and lower response times and time-to-resolution.
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE, SMARTEDIT
Be more productive by syncing pages and slots within a content catalog without having to sync the entire catalog itself. Create and modify time and category restrictions for pages so that specified, relevant content is displayed to customers at the right time, improving the customer experience and increasing conversion rates. We now also support a Product Carousel component and offer a Combined View that allows users to select multiple target groups and preview a page in their contexts.
