Transparency Alert: Public HCP Status Page now LIVE!

You asked. We listened.

We are happy to announce the launch of the public status page for SAP HANA Cloud Platform!

Check it out at:

If you find links easier to remember, Matthias made this link here:

As anyone knows who follows @saphcp on Twitter, uses, uses the Trial platform in general or is otherwise active in the HCP developer community, up-to-the-minute support and status of cloud platforms are key.  We heard you on Twitter: You also want to be able to access this information yourself.  Now you can.

This tool shows platform status across productive and trial landscapes around the world.  In addition, it also logs any recent incidents. Finally, you can subscribe via email to get status updates.

This is a great step forward for transparency and self-service on the platform — and is also in large part a direct response to what YOU have been asking for. We hope it cuts your support time to a fraction, and we welcome your continued engagement as developers on #saphcp!

Hi Moya - thanks for sharing this information.  Do you have any additional commentary on the correlation to the current "hanacloud-announce" mailing list I have subscribed to?

It looks to me like we get the same information with either channel -- but  of course you can pull info from the status page rather than waiting for push.  But we've asked folks internally.  thanks!

Thanks for sharing this Moya. I too had the same question as Jeremy. This dashboard gives a holistic view of all the landscapes and I am sure it will be helpful for customers to check this as a first thing when something stops working.
