IHRIM – the International HR Information Management association – will hold its 2017 conference in Toronto, Canada from March 26 – 29.

The conference aims to provide a complete view of HR technology systems, including analytics, and to showcase how successful adoption impacts organizations and their people. Make sure to attend this event to benefit from:

Four channels of content covering New Technologies, Metrics & Analytics, Knowledge & Insights, and the Changing Employer/Employee Relationship, helping attendees to improve their organization’s use of HR technologies and data insights:

  • Presentations from leading organizations such as Cisco, Fidelity Investments, Baker Hughes, Adobe, and Qualcomm

  • Three pre-conference workshops: HRIP Certification Exam Review, Workforce Analytics for Business Partners, and Creating a Technology Strategy for Human Capital Management

  • Findings from the 19th annual Sierra-Cedar HR Systems Survey

  • HRIM Foundation’s “Party for a Purpose” fundraiser for programs that support IHRIM’s purpose, vision, and commitment to advancing the profession

SAP SuccessFactors is happy to join the great line-up of speakers at the conference. Mick Collins, Vice President for Workforce Analytics & Planning, will deliver a session entitled, “Executing a Game Plan for Workforce Analytics” (Wednesday, March 29, 8:30 a.m. ET) in the Metrics and Analytics track. The presentation is based on the premise that while almost every HR executive rates analytics as highly important to their organization, research suggests a significant gap between "intent" and "action." HR is simply not investing enough to build a sustainable capability for workforce analytics or to leverage data for decision-making. Mick will take the audience through a 12-point game plan for designing and executing a workforce analytics strategy, from crafting a vision to building an analytics network, and using the data in talent decisions.

SAP SuccessFactors will also have the honor of receiving the 2016 IHRIM Partners Award, which is presented to organizations that have made significant contributions to the practice of human resources information management and support the mission and goals of the association. While SAP SuccessFactors is a well-known contributor to the field of HR, the award recognizes SAP SuccessFactors specifically for its support of the two IHRIM Workforce Analytics Forums held in 2016 – the latter being hosted at SAP SuccessFactors’ South San Francisco headquarters, with the space being provided at no charge to IHRIM. In a kind letter, IHRIM extended their thanks to SAP SuccessFactors, in particular Catherine Keeler and myself, for our support.

We look forward to seeing you at the conference. For more details and to register for the 2017 IHRIM Conference, visit here.
