Design Thinking Lecture for ECUST students, Shanghai, 29th Dec 2017

Like every year, University Alliances started to prepare the lecture for the students from Sino-German College of Technology, ECUST (East China University of Science and Technology), to respond to the call of Innovation among Higher Education, we decided to help them organize an small DT exercise.

The challenge was “Re-design the experience of sending and receiving express”, regarding majority of the students will have certain experience and know the details of process and problems, this was extremely a good focus to tackle.

The students worked in pairs to understand their behavior and needs during this activities, then design the new procedure and services with combination of their knowledge and latest technologies. Some of them were found very considerable when delivering the service to their consumers, some were found that they have gift for making presentation. Most of them were very enjoy in this exercise.
