I am involved in a team where my daily tasks involve testing and working on the SAP S/4HANA conversion process. I had to go through numerous documents available for the conversion process for SAP S/4HANA. The documents do provide good in-depth knowledge of the product and its implementation process.
My need was to get a simplified document that captures the complete end-to-end cycle of the conversion process. Here I am, sharing my experience. I have tried to re-create a simplified version of the document based on my analysis and testing. Since it works fine for me, I am hoping it works fine for you too.
