Globalization Services MENA recently released the Report Generation Utility for customers and partners. This is targeted for all MENA customers using SAP-HCM Localized products, along with implementation partners. A webinar session was held where the HCM LPM team provided a briefing about the market needs, challenges and benefits of the tools followed by a full explanation and demos about the Report Generation Utility by the Localization development team in Bangalore.
The Report Generation Utility helps customers to build different types of employee specific reports, legal and customer specific reports/letters with minimum effort. The output can be either on MS Word, PDF or AVL format.
Some of the
key features of the Report Generation Utility are as follows:
- A few simple configuration steps can create a simple employee specific letter /report.
- SAP delivers only 4 of the 15 forms/reports requested
- Customer can create the remaining 11 forms using this tool. In addition, customer can create customer specific reports
- The report layout can use either an Adobe Form /Smartform or a simple word document template.
- Customer specific configurations can be integrated to the Report Generation Utility for customized reports using easy enhancement steps.
- You can create a new report, delete an existing report, and also specify report attributes.
