Power on: looking for a stronger base and capitalize the digital opportunities, we helped a diverse but intense group of German and Indian social start-ups from the energy sector to develop further their business models, leveraging information technology to reach scale and speed.
Fast and Furious: at a popular financial institution from Latin America a motivated group of new hires were able to develop in just one intense week new business opportunities reaching unreserved customers that very positively impressed the company top management
Fresh start: as part of a technology based event we helped a group of European companies lo look at the opportunities created by the digital wave beyond the process improvements towards the discovery of untapped value.
High Spirits: when one of the largest premium spirits company asked for our support for developing an Industry 4.0 roadmap, we utilized the DBM tools and techniques to feed the process with practical ideas how to apply the Internet of Things at a manufacturing and logistics complex system
We are working on developing and experimenting new format and techniques for Digital Business Modeling. More news to come on 2017.
