Looking for the BI-LUM-DSK component when logging a Lumira Desktop incident?
This past month SAP Development and Support started to prepare for the release of Lumira 2.0 with the change of some of our Lumira components. The change, in preparation for Lumira 2.x being part Lumira and part Design Studio, should have just adjusted the name of the component from BI-LUM-DSK to BI-LUM-DIS. Unfortunately, when the change was made the component accidently became an internal only component and, so, not visible to customers when going through our incident wizard.
We are actively working on correcting this, but, in the meantime, if you have a maintenance contract with us and need to log an incident or start an Expert Support Chat for a Lumira Desktop issue, please utilize the BI-LUM-SRV-BIP component as the incident will be directed to the same support team.
