How Cultural Transformation drives Digital Transformation

Almost everybody today innovates in one way or another, but mostly incremental. Breakthroughs are the exception. This is not to say that incremental innovation is a bad thing. It is just not sufficient and this becomes apparent when companies try to master the digital transformation.

The term “digital transformation” is misleading. It suggests that the transformation is primarily about technology. Technology is the trigger, sure. Yet, without a culture of innovation, breakthroughs are extremely unlikely.
