As part of the harmonization efforts within the SAP PartnerEdge Build area, we are happy to announce a first step to consolidate the services within PSD leveraging our service methodology.

From 1st January 2017 onwards all SAP Business One SSPs will be served by PSD. Those partners in the SAP PartnerEdge Build program have been serviced in 2016 by a 3rd party company called Matchcode with a PSA kind of role. This contract ends 31. December 2016.

There are today, 197 SAP Business One SSPs in the PartnerEdge Build Program. For those partners, who have already a PSA assigned for their partnership (PE Sell, PE Service, PE RUN – 28 partners) we will leverage this relationship going forward. Partners who are active with other PE Build technologies (e.g. HCP), will continue with their existing PSA (52 partners). The remaining partners (117 partners) will get a PSA from Rahul Upmanyu’s team in India.

In addition a PartnerEdge Build Helpline is being launched (PE_Build_Helpline@sap.com), which will be jointly covered by colleagues from the existing helpline teams. Initially the PartnerEdge Build Helpline is open for SAP Business One SSPs, but work will be done in Q1 2017 to further extend this. The goal is to have a similar simple experience with SAP, as existing channel partners already have working with us.

Finally the SAP Partner Benefits Catalog will be opened also to the PartnerEdge Build partners in Q1. More information to follow.

Andreas Born will organize a call in early 2017 to give an overview of the Build Program, with a focus on SAP Business One.

In case of questions, feel free to reach out to Andreas.
