Note: This blog is intended for internal SAP employees having trouble importing BUILD projects into their SAP WebIDE trial account. If you are an external BUILD user having trouble importing your BUILD projects to WebIDE, please email contact.BUILD@sap.com

Overview:
As part of our GA release we ensured that BUILD is more tightly integrated to HCP than ever before. As a result, some internal SAP users have experienced an error where they are unable to important published BUILD prototypes into WebIDE via their HCP trial account. This occurs due to HCP anticipating the SAP user to use an SAP Factory account rather than an HCP trial account.

How do I know if I have this issue?
If you try to import a published BUILD prototype into WebIDE, receive the Authentication Required pop up below, and the pop up continues to appear even after entering your credentials.

What are the steps to correct this issue?
If you have this issue please utilize the following steps:

Re-Register for BUILD
