When working with SAP Business One, there are cases where the user tries to access a specific form or perform a certain task but gets an error message that he/she has no authorization for it, although in the Authorization window, it looks like the user is granted with the required authorization. This post explains why this can happen.

There are some forms that require several authorizations in addition to the form’s authorization itself, and the user is not aware to it.

For example, for running the Dunning Wizard, it’s not enough to have the full authorization for Dunning Wizard, the user needs also an authorization for document printing.

The following table specifies cases where additional authorizations are required.
