SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer integration best-practices updated
I am happy to share with you that we have new versions of our C4C integration packages available since November:
“SAP Cloud for Customer integration with SAP ERP” has been updated to work with the latest version of SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer without changes in the scope
“SAP Best Practices for SAP Cloud for Customer integration” has also been updated to work with the latest C4C version.
“SAP Best Practices for SAP S/4HANA integration with SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer” has also been update to work with the latest C4C version. We added additional functional scope and the package now supports the “service-management” scenario, which enables work-ticket integration. Also employees are now replicated from S4H to C4C.
In addition to our best-practice packages, we also updated how-to guides for the integration of S/4 Hana Enterprise Cloud opportunity-to-order scenario (via HCI) which is published on the SMP pages of the C4C development team for customers and partners to use.
Please note that going forward, all our packages will be published on the Best-Practice Explorer, which will enable us to track downloads on a document-level going forward.
