I am very delighted to announce that WhatsApp channel is officially released since today (Dec 5th). This platform has been added to the current Social Media portfolio where SAP Product Support has presence and is actively participating in such as Twitter or Facebook in order to promote the most important, useful documentation for SAP products.

Everyone can subscribe and will be able to receive the latest technical documentation (newest SAP Notes and KBAs and real time updates) to their mobile, anytime and anywhere.

SAP Solution Manager area is one of the teams that will start sharing content via this channel, together with NW Core Upgrade team. There will actually be three out of four categories focused on SAP Solution Manager topics:

  1. SAP Solution Manager 
  2. Change Control Management 
  3. Test Suite

The first category will inform subscribed people of the latest technical documentation along the all topics of SAP Solution Manager, while the other two will do it on those specific areas stated above.
Support Engineers in SAP Solution Manager area will be preparing a list of content to be shared that comes directly from their daily work with incidents; which will be very helpful for those customers that are subscribed.
