      Learning hub has the worst e-reader experience I have ever seen! I think you guys should be bury your heads in shame at the quality of e-reader instead of declaring how many subscribers you have. Your mobile apps are another horror story. They are so bad that its a sacrilege to even complain about them.  Its best to uninstall and wait for your new app that will come out in Q1. Hopefully we don't have to uninstall that again in 2 seconds.

      The hand book, flip book & e-book reading experience are all poor. You have taken your customers for granted. We we ask is a great reading experience. Is it too much to ask for?

      Sorry for all these harsh words... but your e-reader sucks big time. Its the worst thing I have seen since Windows Surface Pro.
