In a normal customer scenario, the usage report is generated manually on a regular intervals. The below is an example of report created manually in a customer system.
The drawback of this approach is as follows;
1.It is Manual.
2.It is time consuming to write down all the information.
3.It can lack the accuracy of the report.
4.Correction, modification are difficult.
5.It needs to be generated on a regular basis.
6.It is not real time.
As a result we automated the deneration of this report using OCC Dashboard framework.
The advantage of having this dashboard is that;
1. It takes a couple of seconds/minutes to generate your report.
2. Helps to reduce TCO
3. Real Time Data can be accessible from any device (Mobile/Ipad/Tablets) at any point in time
4. It is possible to share the dashboard via e-mail
5. It is generic
6. Automated Reports

The configuration for the detailed dashboard is as follow;
This is a sample dashboard; if customer wants to have this dashboard then ST-OST add-on needs to be installed. And we need to use max attention days to create the custom data provider. For that customer will have contact SAP with the requirement. If they require the same dashboard as above then SAP will deploy the existing custom data provider with minimal number of days.
