As a part of the SAP Enterprise Support Advisory Council (ESAC), we are continuously co-innovating and collaborating with our customers, targeted on the development and continuous enhancements of the SAP Enterprise Support offering.

In Q3/2016, we have collaborated with five SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer clients globally through the ESAC program to collect feedback and review new services that were developed. We collected the customers’ key pain points and made sure that the new services which are remote webinars, so called Meet the Expert sessions, meet the customers’ requirements and expectations.

Starting November 21, 2016, we are now offering a series of webinars for SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer solutions covering different Integration scenarios, best practices, business process options and relevant technical & functional information.

In a nutshell, these are the key customer benefits to attend these upcoming sessions:

  • Choose correct middleware platform
