component missing in order

Hi,

There are many cases where the component is missing in the production order in APO

CASE : 1
========

1) add component manually to the planned order in ECC
2) send the order to APO, set conversion indicator and then save the order
3) The manufacturing order in ECC has the component missing or component with missing item number

The above case is solved with note 816827

CASE 2:
======
1) add component manually to the planned order in ECC
2) Send the order to APO
3) Do the order movement and then set conversion indicator and finally save the order
4) The  manufacturing order in ECC has the component missing or component with missing item number

In the above case along with note 816827 , kindly implement note 1638400

Please also make sure that after you do the order movement, save the order and then set the conversion indicator. Otherwise this may cause other issues

      Team,

      I am facing issue in production orders ,where components are not being consumed in production orders due to which i am facing stock mismatch. reason for not consumption is not trackable (means if BOM has 1000 components , in order it is 950 rest 50 are missing in order)

      I have one MID ,contains approx 100 phantom BOM’s . on checking it was found phantom BOM was not consumed . same was also not appeared in COGI.

      please help me with t code to track which orders are faulty in components consumption,
