Learning Portal LSO CW45/2016

Hi Guys,

I would like to share with you information on two new notes that solves issues when using learner portal for LSO.

First note 2218369 was designed to fix an issue in renovated learner portal when ‘Book’ or ‘Book and Start Now’ buttons are displayed for web-based training when approval workflow is active for the course.

The correct button should be ‘Request Participation’. This happens only when the learner has already requested a participation to the course and it is approved. Now when the learner cancels the participation, the ‘Request Participation’ button should be displayed.

The second note 2389465 solves an issue when the course content could not be opened for External web-based training. This happens when you try to play the static course content from the course program.

As always you can either apply the listed Support Packages or correction instructions that are attached to the notes.
