How to Change Subject Line in SAP GRC Email notification
Hello,
GRC Notification subject Line can be customized as per need attaching an example.
Go to Tcode SE16
Look for Table GRFNVNOTIFYMSG
This table contains the information about notification messages
Such as Message Class
Now select(double Click) the Message class for which you want to change subject line.
And Change the subject line in below highlighted area.
I have added Request number and User id with little details about action.
You can also customize based on your need.

Hi Prasant
Again, good to see you contributing this type of material but you could improve it by providing some content
Instead of your overview of
Why not write a paragraph explaining what the SAP standard notification is and why this was not suitable for your requirement? In doing this, you help the audience "follow the bouncy ball"/ "take them on a journey" to step them through the context.
You could start with 'we needed to send notifications to the user that include the request number, and user name in subject line, blah l blah blah, however, SAP standard only does blah blah blah. This mean me needed to customise the notification and this is how we did it....
This way, the audience might have a similar requirement (e.g. they might want company name) but are able to follow your steps and modify to suit their needs.
I'm still unsure why everyone keeps linking to XMLS for pictures. I was able to publish documents with screen captures by adding them to the document via Insert File. I think avoiding XML attachment makes searching for your content easier (If you mention an IMG steps, etc and I google for it I will find your valuable document)

Hi Prashant,
It's indeed a very helpful document and looking forward for you to share the enhanced version of the same with explanations on the SAP delivered notifications ID's and the modified notifications as per the Business need, same as suggested by Colleen.
