Good to know when working with Reports – Ranked Conditions

This blog should give a short overview of how to use ranked conditions in a report. With a ranked condition you can e.g. create a Top X or a Top X% list which always updates based on the underlying data.

To create a ranked condition click on “Key Figure” and choose “Manage Conditions”.

In the pop-up you can create a new ranked condition and e.g. maintain the number of results you want to show in a ranked way (Top or Bottom).

As a result you see the Top/Bottom X accounts in the report.

      Hello Clemens,

In my case we have to create a column in our report with the number ranking value in order of rate column that we created. Dou you have any idea about it?

      Best regards,

      Laura
