      Hi Nitin,

      Thanks for this informative blog.

      I have a question, Will ByD cater the requirement of a 3rd party Warehouse provider.

      I need to manage my customer stock, Inventory levels, Storage location-Bin etc.,

      I will also provide the Freight forwarding to the customer's customer. Is ByD the right product for me.

      Hi Lokesh,

      Apologize for replying this late.

      Basically, as a third party warehouse provider you have to use an external system and then integrate to your customer's system, who uses business bydesign where the inventory is maintained.

      Hi Nithin

       

      I am confused abt the 3PL automated process of delivery fail.

      I tried to return the quilty 0 EA if freight company delivery failed, but the system showed the error msg. likes "Not accept the actual quilty of 0 ea".

      I would like to ask you how does the automatic return process for delivery failure? thanks.
