While the e-books are better that flipbooks there are still many areas of improvement required.
    Positives of ebook
We can bookmark and take upto 100 annotations and notes throughout your handbook
We can print two page at a time

    Neutral
Download and sync with tables This was possible with Flipbook and now e-learning as well. I still need to check if it works for all. I have seen this working for some  and I am sure it will become consistent in the future. Its just a matter of time.

    Negatives of ebook

On ipads only landscape format  is support with tons of free space of either sides. We need it to turn to portrait format , so not sure what this is not possible.
Quality of diagram are still poor so when zooming we get a poor experience. The reading Experience with  ebooks and Flipbooks are similar. How difficult is it to get a standard ebook reader features?. If Amazon, Google, Apple, B&N can get this right, I am sure we can get it right as well. We want to read the ebook not worry about zooming  and  moving around each page to read the content. We need to fix this ASAP.

    Rating
My Rating of Flipbook  0 star
My Rating of ebook 1 star (for notes and annotations)

    Conclusion
Just using a standard ebook format and reader should improve the reader experience.
