Preparing for PCOE: SAP Commerce Support Consultant

SAP Sell Partners interested in becoming support authorized for SAP CEC Commerce need to comply with all PCOE requirements as outlined in the Technical Support Guide which includes holding two (2) hybris Product Support Certifications.

A new version of the Hybris Support Consultant certification has been published on the SAP Training and Certification shop. Please look for E_C4HYCP1811 – SAP Certified Product Support Specialist – SAP Commerce.

Please also note that the previous certification versions E_HYCPS_60 and H_SUP_5 cannot be booked anymore. However, E_HYCPS_60 it is still accepted to comply with the PCOE consultant requirements until further notice.

• Prerequisite for this exam certification is P_C4HCD_1811 (SAP Certified Development Professional – SAP Commerce Cloud 1811 Developer) or P_C4HCD_1905 (SAP Certified Development Professional – SAP Commerce Cloud 1905 Developer).
• Additional enablement for this exam is being provided by the product documentation and support documentation for SAP Commerce located at: wiki.hybris.com and help.hybris.com . In order to access the sites above, you must be an SAP customer or partner.
