Are you downloading DPV, LACSLink, SuiteLink, or RDI directories?

There are now two formats of the DPV, LACSLink, SuiteLink, and RDI directories available for download from the Software Downloads.

The downloads labeled SHA-256 will only work with Data Services 4.2 SP7 Patch 1 and later:

If you haven’t upgraded to Data Services 4.2 SP7 Patch 1 or later then you should be downloading the one without the SHA-256 label.

Important Note: The original format of these directories is only available until June 2017 and anyone using the affected directories will need to upgrade to Data Services 4.2 SP7 Patch 1 or later.

Q – Why is SAP doing this!?

A – It is a USPS required change to make the directories more secure.

Q – Do the DPV, LACSLink, SuiteLink, and RDI directories all need to be the same format?

A – Yes.
