Small but Nice New CDS Features to Help your Every Day Development with ADT 2.68

Step-by-step the features of the core development features which are now available for CDS entities.

Firstly, you can now also share http links for data definitions, access controls, and metadata extensions with other developers from your team. Just choose Share Link for Selection… from the context menu in the editor or Project Browser.

From the subsequent dialog, choose the relevant link type:

Secondly, you can now also duplicate data definitions and metadata extensions from the context menu in the Project Explorer.

Duplicating creates the same CDS entity and automatically adapts the object name. Don’t hesitate, nothing will be overwritten.
