Marc Coleman and his team have, over the course of about 5 years, built up a very impressive European HR Technology conference. Check out the website, here. Every year the event improves, they have a Kaizen approach, so I'm looking forward to see how they top last year.
I'll be speaking at the event. I have a session in the influencer track on Business Beyond Bias, and then I'll be showcasing some of the new cool developments. I'll also get to see Lufthansa present on their SF deployment. It is a good chance to see other customers,analysts, prospects, partners and even chat to the competition. We have a stand, and a great team of folks to do demos, answer questions and so on.
I'm expecting lots of questions on the Microsoft announcement, but there are lots of other cool things to talk about too, CPM, Learning marketplace, intelligent services, integration center, apprentice management, robotics, machine learning, new UX.... But the main thing I like to do at events is follow my father's advice. 2 ears, one mouth, use them in that ratio.
My calendar is already looking busy, but if do want to meet me, drop the mighty Michaela Schilling an email, and we will see what we can do. Customers are first priority.
While I'm in Paris, I get to pop into the Multiposting office. One of the smartest things we did last year was buy this company. They are cooking up a storm.
