The 5th International Conference Inno-wave 2016 ran on October 13 in Moscow. More than 100 corporate innovation management professionals attended it in Radisson Blu hotel. Corporate innovation process from an idea to result was the main topic this year. Experts from International and local companies as well as governmental institutions and private business accelerators have been discussing the main issues within 3 sections, including 15 presentations, 3 round tables and 3 hands-on sessions.
Corporate innovation process, Culture of innovation, and Professional communities all are important to have well-working system of innovation within a company. All three were discussed in details within three sections. The speakers from such companies as Sberbank, Lukoil, Mail.Ru, RusGidro, Schlumberge, and others have shared their views on corporate innovations as well as best practices from their experience.
Viacheslav Gershov, Business development director at SAP Labs, presented SAP approach to innovation and told how SAP drives and support atmosphere of innovation and technical creativity both in local SAP Labs and over the Globe. He told about d-shop, - there are two d-shops in SAP Labs CIS, in Moscow and St. Petersburg, about Intrapreneurship program, internal contests and other ways to engage employees into the process of creature. Viacheslav told also about Co-Innovation model of cooperation with customers and partners, about the ways our partners can co-innovate with SAP and grow their own businesses. After that, Viacheslav also took part in a Round table and answered numerous questions from the audience.
Thus, it was one more step to promote the image of SAP as Global innovative leader who pays significant attention and invests resources to support local ecosystem in Russia.
