ASUG BI+Analytics Event in New Orleans

The ASUG BI+Analytics conference is occurring next week in New Orleans, and SAP Product Support will be proudly hosting a booth dedicated to sharing topics on Next Generation Support! There are so many new and innovative ways to engage with support outside of an incident, and we’re looking forward to sharing them with you. Our Schedule an Expert, Customer Outreach, and Enterprise Academy are just a few of the awesome topics we’ll be discussing.

We’ll also be sharing several tips & tricks for incident handling, KBA searching, and increasing the solution times of your incidents! Additionally, if you have an incident number you want checked on, bring it with you! We’ll be happy to assist in guiding it in the appropriate direction. At the event, you’ll also have the opportunity to connect with experts from BI & EIM, like Jonathan Brown.

If you’d like to get a little detail behind some of the topics we’ll be sharing in our booth, please feel free to check out our wiki on “Getting the most out of SAP Product Support.”

Please come out to see us! We’ll be in our booth throughout the entire event from October 17th to October 20th. We hope to see you there!

Want to know more about at the ASUG BI+Analytics conference? Check out this brief excerpt from the ASUG website:

“ASUG invites you to join us in aligning IT professionals and those in the line of business at the ASUG BI + Analytics Conference, formerly known as the SAP Analytics and BusinessObjects Conference (SABOC). This expanded experience is tailored to incorporate the business user and bridge the gap between analytics and outcomes.

Become part of our rich community of BI and analytics experts and SAP insiders so that you can learn from the pros and tap into your peers for knowledge and networking that will last long after the conference is over.

Each registration includes a choice of two hands-on sessions that will turn classroom skills into real-world results. Our speakers and presenters, including analytics thought leader and author, Wayne Eckerson, demonstrate how to turn data into insight and drive business results. Let’s break the barriers between data collectors, analysts, and users together and cultivate what brings true value to your company – the people.”
