Customer Connection is a simple process that offers SAP customers the opportunity to suggest small enhancements to products and solutions in mainstream maintenance. Customer Connection is structured along Focus Topics that are of limited duration and often focus on a version, component, or audience of a product (in our case, for SAP® BusinessObjects™ Analysis edition for OLAP). Improvements are mostly delivered in Notes or SP for easier consumption.
