Communication and Integration Settings in Cloud

Customers does not have customizing option in cloud ,  this creates the need of an automated scenario to create a communication system set up.

Hence, DRFIMG settings are also not available to customers in cloud environment.

How to setup DRFIMG settings in cloud ?

A cloud methodology is in place as an alternative and more automated Fiori UI ‘ Communication Arrangement ‘

To set up a Communication Arrangements , below steps are mandatory –

1.) A communication scenario must exist for the relevant entity

2.) Creation of Communication User which will interact during communication

3.) Creation of Communication System which will be target system for communication

4.) Creation of Communication Arrangement which will create all the customizing settings to set up the communication.

This will set up a integration of any target system with the current system without going into the DRFIMG / customizing options.

This will be a one time set up for a communication arrangement which can be reused widely for multiple use cases.
