Partnering with the SAP MaxAttention team, Lexmark implemented SAP Business Suite on HANA as a catalyst to implementing SAP S/4 HANA, the first stage of their overall business transformation which will help them not only make quicker and better use of their data but will also help to propel them into new markets. During the process, the SAP MaxAttention team helped Lexmark with various services such as migrations services, volume testing, data optimization and expertise on demand.

In addition, together with SAP MaxAttention and the Operations Control Center approach, Lexmark now has automated monitoring and alerts for production systems, batch jobs, standard technical jobs, and user performance experiences. SAP MaxAttention has provided transparency into the status of their SAP solutions giving them the confidence they need to continue their transformation.
