Sometimes you may encounter a problem that there is a tile missing on Fiori Launchpad Home Page which you think it should be there.
This blog is intended to provide a flow chart for you to troubleshoot this kind of problem initially.
The flow chat above described configuration related troubleshooting process. If it does not help, before you report an incident, you can also check if this is a cache issue:
Set user parameter /UI2/CACHE_DISABLE and /UI2/PAGE_CACHE_OFF to ‘X’ in transaction SU3 and then try to replicate this issue.
(You should enable this parameters only for test purposes as it can slow down the loading process significantly.)
If the tile shows up then this should be a UI2 cache issue, in this case please search if there are SAP notes exist to solve this cache issue.
