Thank you to everyone who took the time to complete our recent survey regarding the new SAP community beta experience! We received an overwhelming response to the survey and we very much appreciate the time and effort you took to let us know what you like and what we should be focusing on to better serve you.
Your feedback continues to play an integral role in key strategic decisions around timelines and prioritization of our resources.
The average survey rating for user confidence in the new site was 3.46 out of a possible 5, with 64% of responders ranking their confidence a 4 or 5.
While this is all good news, we also received some really fantastic critical feedback that has driven strategic conversations around the office. We are working fervently to
- deliver better and more frequent communication around the launch activities, timelines and deliverables;
- prioritize and execute on common feedback items and fix requests, such as more intuitive content organization and improved search functionality;
- and to build up our most commonly requested training resources, like how-to videos and documents.
We acknowledge that there are growing pains that come with a change of this scale, so I wanted to say that we’ve heard you and to take the time to thank you for partnering with us to help us move forward in a way that serves your needs.
