Change multi-language text for project profile in one time

If you have maintained project profile in multi-language, then when you change the text in one language of the profile, you may want to change the others also.

How do you do this usually? You may need to logon with different language to maintain the text again.

Do we have an easy way to do this?

The answer is YES!

In OPSA for project profile customizing, you may find the following function:

After you choose it, there will be popup to show you what language you have maintained text for this profile, you can choose the language that you want to change:

Then you use another function below to call up all the text you choosed for the corresponding language:

OPSA_04.jpg

You can now change the text in the other language as you like:

OPSA_05.jpg

      It would be much more helpful having same functionality for the master data and not for the customizing.  It is never critical for customizing, but more critical for master data.  I cannot get why SAP does a tiny little thing one place, but suddenly never takes it to the logical completion where it is needed most.
