PRD pass data to QAS (C4C)

Hi experts , I need a help to extract the data Master QAS PRD . if I’m not doing the right thing but I made an export of data to a .csv file PRD import this file but I get error.

I want to know how to download all of my customer and product data I have in PRD and pass this data to QAS
