Sam Lakkundi is Senior Vice-President & Chief Innovation Officer at Kore. Kore has pioneered and built the first ever Enterprise Conversational Bots Platform as a service (BPaaS). We deliver an enterprise-grade bots platform built on the Hana Cloud Platform which is combined with artificial intelligence and secure messaging to help SAP Customers to work more efficiently, maintain lasting relationships with their customers and business partners, and create a more intelligent digital experience.
