How does SAP help customers to run better in the digital economy? How can we do it in our daily work?
To find the answers, colleagues from support office organized an educational game “Living the SAP Strategy”. That was not a usual training, it was rather an interactive experience to better understand how SAP helps its customers to run better in the new digital era.
10 teams from Moscow and St. Petersburg discussed digital business concepts: from daily life (“uberization”, etc.) to a deep dive into customers’ needs.
The format was unusual – there was no dedicated trainer, every team was a self-organized unit participating in the game as a small group. The team was guided by the app within SuccessFactors Learning program. After the session each group agreed upon the team’s action idea and made a debriefing with the whole team. The main advantage of such an approach was an inspiring teamwork!
This learning program also provided insights into how customers see digital transformation, how SAP supports the digital business framework, and much more! Integrating around S4/HANA,

How can we use it in our daily work and add value when dealing with customers? The answer is to provide advice in the best way and jointly find ways to innovate quickly!
