Alex’s leadership is inspiring the transformation of SAP Ariba. While he is one of the most visionary leaders I’ve seen, he stands out because he has built the trust of the team to deliver the vision. He brings a personal connection. People respect him, and they love to work with him because he makes it fun. He is humble, yet hungry. His passion fuels his whole team to grow the SAP Ariba business to make customers’ lives easier.

He leads by listening to others and taking feedback from customers and employees. The SAP Ariba team believes “in Alex” and his passion to succeed.
