Introducing Manage Images App – A User-Friendly App to Upload Images

With the 1608 release of SAP Hybris Marketing and SAP S/4 HANA Marketing Cloud, we are happy to announce the release of Manage Images app. The Manage Images app is going to make your task of uploading images quickly.

If you are using SAP Hybris Marketing On Premise or SAP S/4 HANA Marketing Cloud, you can access the Manage Images app from Extensibility and Adaptability – Marketing menu.

Uploading images to SAP Hybris Marketing previously was a tedious process. Earlier, you had to upload images for different object types in several customizing activities of SAP graphical user interface. Now, with the Manage Images app, you can upload images to SAP Hybris Marketing On Premise or SAP S/4 HANA Marketing Cloud from a central location. With the Manage Images app, you can upload, change or delete an image so that the change affects all user interfaces where the image is used. Some images are delivered with SAP Hybris Marketing On Premise or SAP S/4 HANA Marketing Cloud, and these images have names that are prefixed with SAP_<image name>. With the Manage Images app, you can replace these images with images of your own choice.

The features of the Manage Images app are:

• Upload an image: You can upload an image of your choice by choosing the upload icon. This image is then used automatically in the respective section of SAP Hybris Marketing On Premise or SAP S/4 HANA Marketing Cloud.
• Delete an image: You can delete an existing image from the list of images available by choosing the Delete icon.
• Filter Images by Type: You can filter images according to various types.
