Jennifer, I'm afraid the "how" part is unfortunately missing from this blog and the referenced materials:

      • "How Digital Transformation" link leads to one page of some generic text and a form to provide personal information in exchange to some subscription. Uhm, no thanks.
      • Video does not play for me from this page or from the link (not sure if something is blocked by the corporate spyware).
      • "Business Transformation Study" is just a "more intensity, more cowbell" style executive summary.
      • "Reference Slide" is one page version of the same

After going through all this I'm none wiser about what exactly Pregis did, why they couldn't do this before, what else have they evaluated, what their budget was and what's the projected ROI. For example, the things mentioned in "Eliminating silos and streamlining information sharing" we already accomplished in our ECC 6.0 system. So if I were to relate this story to our business to convince them to invest in S/4HANA I would have very hard time doing that with such limited information.

The executive summary might be sufficient for the executives, but the vast majority of the SCN members are the SAP practitioners. We very much enjoy more detailed and practical information.

      Thank you.
