Implementing SAP S/4HANA Finance

This book from SAP Press is intended for SAP FI/CO and SAP S/4HANA Finance application consultants, SAP solutioning team members, application administrators, project/program managers, delivery/team leads, and solution architects. The book provides the required knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance and the sequence of configuration steps required to complete the migration from SAP ERP to S/4HANA Finance. It will also help readers prepare for the SAP S/4HANA Finance Certification as I have included all conceptual understanding that is required after having completed the Certification myself. SAP currently offers the SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP Simple Finance On-Premise Edition 1503 certification in this space.

After reading this book, you’ll understand the concepts, configuration, functionality, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Finance (previously known as SAP Simple Finance). You’ll also learn about the new SAP Cash Management powered by SAP HANA, SAP BPC for S/4HANA Finance (previously known as Integrated Business Planning for Finance), and SAP Fiori apps.

The book also explores the change in business processes, functionality, and configuration of various SAP ERP Financials (FI) and Controlling (CO) functions that occurred with the introduction of SAP S/4HANA Finance. This book uses screenshots, practical examples, and real-life scenarios encountered and executed during migration from SAP ERP 6.0 to SAP S/4HANA Finance.

The Book will be launched on August 31, 2016 and can be purchased at:
